Scientific Research Centre of Quality Control

The KiN Group places top-priority on the quality of its products, therefore not only laboratory takes care of the quality control but a whole scientific research centre.

The Scientific Research Centre of Quality Control of the KiN Group is certified according to the GOST R ISO 9001. This is a unique organization according to both the level of equipment and qualification of specialists.

  • effective and constantly improved systems of a quality management;
  • constant introduction of the automated ways of various procedures management (internal quality control of tests results which is carried out by Shewhart control charts, documentation and records management, including tests reports, equipment management, etc.);
  • increase of specialized training programs number and, as consequence, possibility for constant improvement of professional skill of laboratory employees.

At an existing level of technological production and market relations development a developed and certificated Quality Management System (QMS) is an unconditional necessity. The core of QMS is a constant, timely and universal quality parameters control at all stages of the production — from the analysis of raw materials to products delivery to the consumer.

This is the control which is able to provide production management efficiency and necessary rhythm of production. Full and trustworthy information is formed as a result of components and final products tests in the laboratories of the enterprise in the view of conformity to requirements of various standards or specifications. Operative and reliable control of such information is the basic function of the Quality Control Center; therefore laboratories should possess the exhaustive and trustworthy data according to the results of the raw materials researches, semiproducts and final goods.

The Scientific Research Center of Quality Control comprises four laboratories: physical and chemical, microbiological, laboratory of technical control and Sensor laboratory. It allows to supervise observance of technologies at all production phases. The KiN Group is interested in the maximum degree of production quality control, therefore the Scientific Research Center is provided with modern equipment and reagents that allows to conduct researches at various levels up to the nuclear.

The Physical and chemical laboratory
controls quantitative and qualitative structure of raw materials, half-finished products, finished goods.

The microbiological laboratory conducts researches of raw materials quality arriving to the factory, half-finished products and final products according to existing indicators of stability and microbiological indicators.

It carries out control of sanitary condition of the technical equipment and factory communications.

The laboratory of the technical control conducts tests of quality of arriving auxiliary materials and package and their regular check in the process of storage.

The sensor laboratory
studies organoleptic characteristics of the produced beverages. It supplements already received expert opinions, because after all products of the KiN Group are created, first of all, for people. Experts of the alcoholic market take part in the researches which are based on the sensor laboratory. Editors of specialized magazines, restaurateurs, bartenders, hoteliers, and business partners taste beverages and give their estimation of new products of the KiN Group.
