ProductionThe KiN Group comprises the following production capacities: the Moscow factory KiN, the Winery Domaine des Broix (the Cognac Region, France) and the KiN vodka production. Our strategy is uninterrupted quality improvement. We carried out identification and classification of all processes, thus having divided them into the key, basic and auxiliary. For each process there is a responsible manager appointed. We have also performed a step-by-step decomposition. We developed the enterprise standard, the identification card, algorithms of operations performance, distribution matrix of responsibility zones, as well as documents providing performance, measurement, analysis and process estimation. Process estimation is carried out by means of control metrics, which define its stability, efficiency and productivity. The KiN Group invests substantial capital into material and technical development of all industrial structures. We have all our achievements due to daily, laborious work of the rallied staff, high level of employees’ professionalism, accurate interaction of all departments, timely coordination of actions and operative decision-making. We also owe our success much to the process approach in quality management and production according to the method of Edvarson Dyuming and Walter Andrew Shewhart which forms the basis of GOST ? ISO 9001-2001. We apply the Isikava cause and effect diagram to process monitoring. Today the KiN Group is a guarantee of Quality and Reliability. It is the special style of production connecting high quality of raw materials, strict observance of technological processes, respect for the buyer and careful attitude to the best traditions of classic winemaking.
